Up a Creek in Lower Slower Delaware

I bought it a few mouths ago on Etsy.  I fell in love with it.  The owner said it fit her 23 inch head, but I guess with my thick hair and usual barrette, it didn’t quite fit.  Luckily, my son has a hat stretcher.  I kept forgetting to pick it up, and then, he bought a new hat himself.  As luck would have it,  he needed to use it, too.  Another wait.  I finally got it on my last trip.  This morning, I went on my walk in my new hat.
