Here are my washed mitts. Do you notice something odd? It has nothing to do with the camera angle. The left mitten is definitely shorter than the right. I didn’t notice it last night. I don’t think I can get the right one on my left hand, so I’ll use it as a washcloth. I’m fixing baked salmon, roasted red potatoes and asparagus with something. I haven’t rummaged in the refrigerator yet so see what I have lurking there. You may ask if I have a dishwasher. Well, I do, but I like to wash dishes. It’s quiet thinking time. I also worry about my pre dishwasher era dishes and my sterling silver. What’s the reasoning behind having nice things and not using them? If you come to my home for lunch or a big dinner, you’ll see the same plates and utensils. Well, the tablecloth will be different.

Why did one mitten shrink more than the other one? Bummer. All that hard work!
